WiMAX Development in Asia August 22-28

- Green Packet plans to expand its WiMAX services from Malaysia to Singapore in 2013, according to an August 26, 2011 report by the Business Times. Currently, Green Packet's population coverage of its WiMAX services arrived at approximately 50%, and the company plans to launch WiMAX services in Singapore when the WiMAX population coverage exceeds 65% in Malaysia.
